RLUK Mentoring Programme
The pilot RLUK Mentoring Programme began in February 2010 based on ideas from our Workforce Think Tank.
The RLUK Mentoring Programme supports the Workforce strand of the RLUK Strategic Plan which focuses on 'aiming to ensure that a rich crop of new leadership talent is available to take the UK's research libraries into the future'.
After some inital meetings with a small group of mentors and mentees, RLUK then hosted a 'speed - dating' session at the 2010 Conference to encourage further delegates from the Membership to get involved.
To get more information on the Mentoring Programme or to become involved please contact Kerry Alford at Kerry.alford@rluk.ac.uk
