The Deputy Executive Director will support the Executive Director and the RLUK Board in planning the direction of RLUK, undertaking business development and contributing to strategic thinking and understanding. They will liaise with consortium members and external partners across the sector both within the UK and beyond to deliver RLUK policy and initiatives, promoting RLUK interests. The post holder will oversee all legal obligations and requirements, including any proposed constitutional change. The Programme Officer will support the Executive Director and the RLUK Board in planning the direction and development of the organisation, contributing to strategic thinking and understanding. The post-holder will manage implementation of significant areas of the Strategic Plan, undertaking and commissioning research and data-gathering as appropriate and monitoring progress on objectives, reporting writing and making recommendations for future activity.
