Remit
To review the Memorandum & Articles of Association and the Member Agreement:
a) to reflect recent developments in CURL's membership and activities,
b) to ensure that both documents are reasonably hospitable to future changes.
To explore the possibility of setting up an auxiliary trading company.
Smart Objectives
To submit a list of amendments to the Memorandum & Articles of Association for approval at the AGM due to take place on 25 March 2004.
To submit a list of amendments to the Member Agreement for approval at the AGM due to take place on 25 March 2004.
To establish (by April 2004) whether or not a case for the setting up of a subsidiary trading company can, and should, be made.
If the Task Force takes the view that a case can, and should, be made, to develop a business plan to market the database by July 2004.
The Task Force is expected to complete its work by September 2004
