This will be an open meeting of RLUK’s DSN which will explore the future of digital scholarship services in the ongoing/post Covid-19 landscape. Without a formal structure of presentations, members will be invited to share their own experiences and reflections of the Covid-19 pandemic and the implications it might have for the future of digital scholarship services within their institution.
Topics to be explored might include:
- The experience of digital scholarship services during the Covid-19 pandemic and lessons learnt
- Advocacy for digital scholarship in the post-Covid landscape
- Opportunities provided by SHAPE campaign to advocate for the role of digital scholarship within research libraries (https://thisisshape.org.uk/)
- Libraries as Labs
- Opportunities for consortial activity
The session is only open to members of RLUK’s Digital Scholarship Network. It will include informal discussions and members are invited to share their own thoughts and experiences.
