We are now looking for the new Director of Student and Library Services to lead on transformational change for the new department, inspiring its multidisciplinary teams to deliver an excellent student experience. The successful individual will maintain the high standards already reached within the Library, whilst developing Student Services towards a more proactive model, ensuring the two elements work together to achieve an integrated vision. Reporting to the Pro-Vice Chancellor, Learning and Teaching, the new Director of Student and Library Services will play a key role in the development of an Access and Participation Plan, and be heavily involved in University-wide projects, including Strategic and Transformational Change Projects.
