William brings a wealth of working knowledge from his long-career within academic libraries, as well as the creativity and energy he has brought to his RLUK work with the ADN and the Digital Shift Working Group. I’m sure that William will step confidently and quickly into the role of catalysing and supporting strategic activity across the membership. I know the whole community will join me in congratulating William on his new appointment.”
