Launch of the RLUK-JISC RDTF as ‘Discovery’.

RLUK has enjoyed a long and creatively collaborative relationship with the JISC, which has been at the heart of such services as Copac, the Archives Hub, and 19th Century British Pamphlets Online. Now, JISC and RLUK are working closely to realize a new metadata infrastructure for the UK, in the form of Discovery, which was launched yesterday to take forward the work of the joint Resource Discovery Task Force.
