The second U21 Librarian Group Summit and University Library Conference will be held at the University of Birmingham on 7 September.

This year’s conference theme is “Mantra or myth? complex change and the future of libraries.”

The conference aims to foster a pragmatic and creative response to the trends and challenges libraries face both today and into the future. Latest practices and cutting edge developments will be shared. The boundaries between the library and the rest of the institution will be re-examined, and the library’s place in a broad context will be redefined or reaffirmed.

Further details can be found on the University of Birmingham’s website.
