Q: Where can I find out about the RLUK Conference?

The RLUK Conference is held each spring and runs over three days. You can find out about the conference and view previous presentation on the dedicated website . The conference themes and programme are devised by RLUK Conference Committee and the Executive. A call for papers is normally announced in the late Autumn. RLUK Conference Committee members for 2020 are: Jess Gardner, Cambridge Diane Job, Birmingham Michelle Blake, York William Nixon, Glasgow

Q: How do I vote in Board and Vice-Chair elections?

All formal RLUK member representatives are able to vote in Board and Vice-Chair elections. These elections are usually held in the Autumn (dependent on vacancies and number of nominations received), and are conducted via an electronic vote. The Executive will inform members in advance of any vote which is due to take place. Voting information will be sent directly to member representatives by the election services provider.

Q: Where can I find out about activities of the Board?

The Board meets three times a year: February: Board meeting May: Board meeting and strategic retreat September: Board meeting Board papers are prepared by the Executive and sent to the Board the Friday before each meeting. Board meeting agendas and minutes will be posted in the members area. The Executive holds regular online meetings with the Chair and Vice-Chair as diaries allow. We encourage all members to contact the Executive or Board with comments, suggestions or questions regarding RLUK and the wider environment.
