RLUK's AGM is normally held during the RLUK Conference in the spring. Members will be sent notification for the AGM at least 14 days in advance. If an RLUK representative is unable to attend the AGM they are entitled to appoint a proxy to vote in their stead. The form of proxy must be emailed to the Executive no less than 24 hours before the time of the meeting.

The RLUK Conference is held each spring and runs over three days. You can find out about the conference and view previous presentation on the dedicated website . The conference themes and programme are devised by RLUK Conference Committee and the Executive. A call for papers is normally announced in the late Autumn.
